Do they ever answer their phone? I'm trying to get a BCI, FBI Background check so I can start working on my LPC. I've tried to call twice so far, left a message. Then when I finally got through, the lady on the phone was very rude.

This is a horrible company! Cleveland clinic set me up with a home health nurse twice a week. The director of nursing showed up late the first day, got my insurance information and left. I just needed supplies for my situation. Never saw her again then called her two weeks later and told her I needed my supplies. Was told they had a hard time getting them because of Covid. Since I was going to run out I had to get on the internet and buy my own out of pocket. Finally got a call back 4 days later. Got some of my supplies. Asked if everything was fixed was told yes. After I needed supplies again. Never heard a word for nine days. I sent a text said they were getting ready to get ahold of me, then told the next day. I text the nurse the next day and was told it would be dropped off. Got home nothing. Had to text again twice to get a response and was asked if they could do it the next morning. I said no. It was delivered, half of it was wrong. Going through the actually company that makes my supplies from this point on. Would never trust any of my loved ones with this company to take care of them. Just a horrible company!

Titus has Wonderful staff members. The nurse who comes to see me, Kim and the PT Megan are both so compassionate, caring, friendly and professional. They both have helped me so much so far during my recovery. Kim and Megan both show their love for their job and take pride in their jobs and helping people. If you ever need a home health agency for any reason, please look no further, I highly suggest Titus! Thank You

The aides have borrowed money from my mother never repaid it, they dont cook for her or clean anything including her ,they got her to sign off for the week on their time sheets only to not come back all week or they would complain to my mother how her hop hurt or knee hurt so they werent able to do anything that day and last but not least the aid and nurse have removed my mother's cat fr ok m the home after she was taken to the er still trying to get the cat bsck
