Your nurses aid is very unprofessional. You were more worried about discharging my father than your whole staff was about doing there jobs. Example being aid lied about being there and you did nothing. Your nurse showed up Thursday and didnt fill the alarmed pilled dispensor.

If there was a zero I would pick that. I never saw anything that would make me think anything other than each specialty Speech, occupational therapy, and physical therapy, were poor. No knowledge of standard equipment no idea how to teach their specialty. Unless you can do it yourself you are out of luck. If you could do it yourself why would you need them.
