The utter disregard for their clients welfare is unfathomable. They neglect to send healthcare aides for entire weeks at a time. They tell you we have no replacement. As a nurse this level of neglect and unprofessional mismanagement is shameful. I’d highly recommend you find another home care agency to care for your loved ones. If these clients didn’t need assistance for weeks at a time they probably wouldn’t need these services.

Sadly hard to get a hold of the scheduler, I called several times from one person to the next .. 4 days later.. they tell me no one is available. They are super busy! Everyone sounded nice but I wish they would have told me they can’t help the first time I called.

Well the place says they open at 8 am. Arrive here not open and no one answers the phone. Why advertise you open at 8 am when you don't. Change your hours if your not going to be open. People drive a distance. Thanks
