Everyone we encountered on the Absolute hospice team was incredibly caring and patient with our family. My father received loving care from Tiffany, his nurse practitioner as well as Melissa, the social worker. The provided updates with increased frequency as my Dad started to transition. Ellen, their bereavement coordinator was also so gracious with her visits to my Dad and then checking on us after my Dad graduated to heaven. It's so comforting to know teams like this are there during the most difficult times in life. I can imagine how hard it can be on the front Iines of a person's death journey, but know you make a huge impact on such an important time for people. Thank you for everything, and may God Bless you all for your service.

Terrible agency. Very poor follow through on care for my dad. Staff was quick to leave the home and provided little substance to the visit. Use any other agency if you vaule the health of you or your loved one.

Last spring my dad used Absolute after a hospital stay. We are in a similar situation now, except he is coming from a nursing home (one he will never return to) and the fact that I am looking forward to working with Absolute again and that I hope the same people are still with Absolute speaks volumes. We support any organization that is professional, caring, and gets our parents back on track. No one is perfect, but they listen to whom they are servicing and work very hard as a team to meet the variety of needs people have to return them to living with family successfully.

My mother left the hospital with orders for physical therapy. I supplied the name of Absolute and the Dr put the orders in. The guy named Tim called and asked to come out that day. However, I did not get the message until that night. I called him on two occasions and left two voice mails with no response. I then called Sandy at the office who said she never got the order from the Dr's office. I reminded her that that's not true because a Tim from their agency had called to come out for an assessment. She was going to call the Dr's office and get back to me. She also never called or responded. I would not recommend this agency. No follow through.

I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Absolute... They have been taking care of my wife since May of this year... The nurses that have been attending to my wife have been very knowledgeable, professional and very personable.... Especially Natasha she is truly a delight to have here three days a week.. She is a great representative of and for Absolute....I like to also include Leanna and Katie in my review.. They also reflect our confidence in Absolute!!! Geoff Lant
