My mom had them scheduled for 2 days a week. The first week, they were great. Came when they were supposed to and had helped with what we needed. By week 2, they didn't show up either day that they were scheduled to be here, nor did they even call to let us know they wouldn't be coming. If we were relying on them being here, we would have been in trouble. We were very hopeful that we could have some assistance with the new medical issues that were going on, and we definitely didn't get that with them.
