This company is TRASH !!! The aides they employ are BELOW SUBSTANDARD ,the administration is TRASH THEY LIE TO YOU . You received 1 star because I had no other choice. Sending aides that are elderly that have breathing condition sending aides that cannot perform errands due to lack of transportation sending aides that want to preach the Bible sending aides that Constantly on the phone sending aides that do not perform cleaning task. Administration does NOTHING THEY DONT CALL WHEN A CALL OFF OCCURS I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS THEY EXPLOIT THE AGED AND VULNERABLE FOR PROFIT TO BAD THE PRESS CANT GET INVOLVED TO EXPLOIT THIS COMPANY like they do their clients

They currently have a patient being taken care of by a family member. They don't care that this person is not cared for at all. House is bed beg and cockroach infested,dirty,dog urine and feces always on floor,and the smell of the house is awful. This person's room smells of body odor because they aren't regularly showered,their room is dirty,full of food boxes and dishes because their paid " caretaker" does nothing but eat n get high in the residence.Northeast's nurse has been there multiple times and apparently thinks this is all acceptable.I wouldn't trust them to take care of anyone. Terrible! One star because I had to!

We have had six appointments set up. The first one called five minutes before the girl was due out sheb called off sick. The third one called after 15 min and girl was half hour late. The sixth one no show called the girl she had reported off, called the boss she didn't even know. Three out of six not good.

I have had aides through Northeast for about three years now. As requested, I have the same aide three days a week. Both of the gals I've had have been fantastic. However, the reason I did not give five stars is because of the lack of communication from the office at Northeast. I've had a real problem with not being called if an aide calls off or is on vacation to let me know who or if someone else will be coming.

This Company is the worst!! Aides call off, seriously, if you cannot work 2 to 3 hours for only 15 to 17 days out of a month, there is something very wrong with you!! These people you are supposed to care for deserve better!!! Management will not find someone to replace an aide if he/she calls off so many elderly or home bound have no one to assist them!! Ridiculous!!! There is no professionalism at this facility (Ravenna office) they are rude and uncaring to the people who depend on them the most!!!
