I don't know why they can't get my order right i use the airfit pillow I keep telling them.i use an xtra small and they always send mediums WHY ? I don't understand either they can't read or they don't care so now I have to go back.to the office and argue about this order again

I have never felt so abandoned in my life. I had major surgery Dec 8 2024. Came home Dec 14. Home health care was ordered but has yet to happen. Every person I call says it wasn't ordered, I'm looking at my discharge papers that say otherwise. I also developed an infection in my incision. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone! Excuse after excuse with nothing resolved. They say I haven't answered when they call. Bull crap! If I don't know the number, sometimes I don't answer. I always check my voicemail which I do not have any messages from this organization. You need to do better!!

A referral was sent 9-11-24. 2 weeks later I called and they would look into it and get back to. They never did. I called 4 more times and never received a call back. After one month a DME company called me from another state with a denial from their company. There was no communication from Adena HH. I was left out of the loop completely. I was also informed that Adena Home Health is no longer owned by Adena. Very upsetting that no one cared enough to contact me.

They accept and bill Original Medicare and the supplement. Others in town don't which meant we would have had to pay full price. This was a true blessing!!
