After years of service, they dropped my son with only 5 days notice leaving us with no therapy services. They lied and told us that we could not receive services thru our school and outside agency which is incorrect. I wouldn't waste your time with this agency. They will drop you in a heartbeat and we were not impressed with nurses who came to recertify. They also did not update our billing information after years of us trying to update.
