My family member was a client of theirs and had home health aides who would just sit around, eat her food, didn't speak English at all, and just waited for her ride the whole time she was over. My family member had about three or four bad aides with them until we decided to go with a different agency. I would not recommend this company at all.

Beware. The scheduler is VERY PUSHY and sent different people to my elderly mother's home multiple times after she declined the visits. The experience with the aides we had was not good. We literally had to stop answering the door fir the visits to stop.

I really liked my fathers aide. The company and the way they treated her and how the agency handles issues is very unprofessional. Miranda and Jason were not helpful at all. I would not recommend working for this agency or having them tend to your loved ones !!

The schedulers poorly communicate between the aides and staff. They don't work with your schedule as advertised. Miranda is rude and upper management can't even speak English well, along with a good portion of "aides" they have to offer.
