David, the owner here, is absolutely the most dishonest individual I've met in my entire life. Brought him in to discuss in home care for my elderly father with dementia. David spoke about his in depth hiring process and how his wife scans applicants and has such high hiring standards. David stated he would always be present for the first visit and what great respect he has for veterans..Just went on and on and on. We talked about the importance of hiring someone trustworthy that would be in this position for the long haul. He understood and assured me their process only gets the best in homes. So I hired Visiting Angels based on his false statements. Day 1 comes and he sends out a pregnant young girl who was about 350-400 pounds. She told my wealthy parents how she was struggling financially and dating a reformed criminal. He also had kids they couldn't afford. She had no vehicle and had to borrow her father's to get there. She also was actively applying other places to be a teachers aide because this wasn't a job she wanted but had to take it. What did David think of all this? Oh...he didn't show up on that first visit like he said he always does. He instead told me he didn't know who this girl was and his wife and office manager never told him our contract had been hired out. How about that? Obviously, we terminated our relationship with these liars after day 1. You are taking a huge risk hiring down on their luck, unqualified individuals and putting these people in homes of wealthy elderly people. I can't imagine people trusting you to put monitors in nursing homes to watch the elderly. From what we experienced, you are not to be trusted and are a disgrace to elder care.

They were compassionate, professional, responsive, caring, and friendly. It was hard for my mom to accept giving up her independence but they treated her with dignity and respect. They even helped with making sure my mom's dog was let in/out and fed when I couldn't be there. I highly recommend them if you need caregiving help for a family member.
