Never receive my supplies in a timely manner. Can't get anyone to return phone calls. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't know why they are still open!!!

Truthfully, I think Better Living Medical supplies is a bogus company that preys on the disabled and elderly that rely on Medicaid for insurance. I think they have a scam that charges medicaid for services they don't provide. My experience with them has been a nightmare. They have strung me along for seven months and still have not given me the service that I sought them out for. I give them a big two thumbs down for every aspect of their business!!!!!! They are not accredited with BBB.
