I had a hip replacement, the physical therapist came to my house so I didn't have to navigate walking in snow, etc. He was super kind and helpful, I was on my feet in no time. Highly recommend them, they will take wonderful care of you!

Care Connection cared for my husband in the last half of 2024. I was very happy with the physical, occupational and speech therapists and very happy with the nurse. I would like to use them again but it is impossible. I understand that Care Connection is owned by Amedisys. This company has no respect or care for its clients. I have asked for billing records needed to further my husband’s care and get no response. I have sent messages electronically, by phone, fax and US Mail without acknowledgement . One day I called through the phone tree and each key I was told to press ended with the message “invalid key”. I hung onto the phone wondering what to do, a man answered, asked me to hold, then after 5 minutes I was disconnected with no call back. Another time I received an email that asked me to resend the large package I sent by mail, they couldn’t locate my package (not sure they looked). Lastly, I accessed the phone tree which was working this time, and asked for a call back that would keep my place in line. The callback came from a completely different company that Amedisys apparently contracted with to send out billing, they had never heard of us. I gave two stars because I liked the personnel that came to my house from Care Connection. I would give Amedisys no stars. I expect better treatment.
