I have been trying to get ahold of my case manager and no response all but one time and she hasn't fixed my hours for pack all I needed her to do is move all of my hours from extended services to pack and she has Mass that up because she hasn't moved any of the hours over to pack

I want to let everyone know what a great support coordinator my son has in Ms. Elizabeth Woods she goes far above and beyond. The home my son is in has been a mess but she has not given up on trying her best to get all the men in this home the help they need and deserve. Ms. Woods is heaven sent I wish we had more people like her this world would be a much better place ❤️. And she doesn't stop only with the clients she serves so well she also helps the family's answers question and or find solutions to the issues they may be facing. If we had more people like Ms. Woods with kindness compassion love and care and concern for others this world be a much better place.

Elizabeth Woods has been a wonderful Supprt Coordinator for the clients at our day program. She makes sure they have the support that they need and is diligent about visiting with them. She is also very helpful to me and answers any questions I have. I wish she could be the support coordinator for all of our clients. 🤩

My client has the best case manager! Kaci M, she always goes above and beyond for her. She’s constantly notifying us about new programs or incentives that could be beneficial. She returns all communications promptly, and is just a phone call away at most times!
