My father was a patient for several weeks. He received skilled nursing, physical therapy and occupational therapy. The clinicians were extremely professional and truly cared about his well-being. I am so grateful they were available to take care of him. Thank you IHC!

Interim is an amazing company!!! I HIGHLY recommend Interim. They offer so many services to their patients. Interim offers personal care, staffing, skilled care, pallative and hospice. Interim truly is a one stop shop! Patient care is interim’s top priority and they love being part of the patients healing journey. You can call and ask questions. Anyone at Interim is willing to assist you.

Interim has the greatest group of Healthcare professionals I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. They have all the good qualities you would want in your Healthcare Workers- they are caring, compassionate, and competent. They really go above and beyond for their patients!

We had interim for our daughter who came home after over a year in the hospital. They were great at first, or so we thought. We found ALL of our nurses (which was their job.) They were terrible at communicating. Specifically, Phyllis who sets up the schedule. They said they sent a certified letter a month before services ended, however we didn’t receive one. We found out a week before their services would be taken away, that we wouldn’t have nursing at all. Talk about unprofessional. Anyway, if you’re looking for a nursing agency I would urge you to look somewhere better!

Interim Health Care sadly employs incompetent and condescending administrators. Let me briefly explain what happened: I am a paralegal working with a family of a woman who was being released from University Hospital to the nursing home in which she resided. Due to very specific medication issues, the family wished to employ a private duty nurse via private pay. I spoke with Adrianna Jordan about this matter Friday while the resident was still in the hospital. She said I am on call over the weekend, so let me know when she is released so I can have a nurse assess her. The lady was released Saturday. I left a number of messages, and finally had to insist to speak to Ms. Jordan. She promised to get a nurse out for an assessment. I called Monday, and did not receive a call back. I called today, and found the lady was NOT in their system and FOR THE FIRST TIME I was told I needed a doctor's referral! I was then hung up on. I called back, and spoke to Renee Ramsey, an administrator, who was completely unprofessional and condescending manner. She told me that "most people" know a doctor's referral is needed. I told her that most people did not include her own employee. Then, she told me that she didn't know if I was telling the proof, and had the outrageous audacity to call me Honey. DO NOT USE THESE UNTRAINED AND CONDESCENDING PEOPLE!!!
