I had a relative stay here for a short time. It was a sad way to watch someone give up because there was no way out. The staff are lazy with bad attitudes. It’s dirty and it smells. Notice ! Saber owns Judson ! That’s why their ratings are higher. Go figure. I know someone who does the hiring and firing at a nursing home. They have interviewed nurses and aides who once worked at Judson care center. Asked why they left Judson care center? They didn’t like they way management treated them or the way residents were treated. For all the hype that others post? It doesn’t take a genius to figure out who is telling the truth and who is lying! Special Focus Facility Candidate This home has a history of serious quality issues but has not been formally flagged by the government . JUST HEARD THAT JUDSON IS CLOSING!!!! PAST TIME!!! I hope all the residents are placed in a loving and caring nursing home , they deserve better care than they got at Judson!!

Updated November 13, 2022: If I could give Judson Care Center a 10 I would! My mother has been there for almost 6 months now and she LOVES it. My mom has not looked as good as she looks in 10 years. Her words, "Coming to Judson is the best thing that ever happened to me." Wow!!! I would like to give a big shout-out to the entire staff, but especially Tamika, Dan, and Ms. Anne her aide. I love you all so much. Thank you thank you thank you for taking such good care of my mom and making her happier than she has been in a long time. Forever grateful!

This place is hell on earth. Do not come here. The equipment and building is old and worn. The food is disgusting. Staff is nice but underpaid and overworked. They do not follow state laws. You’ve been warned. Update after 24 hours here I was not provided insulin, a carb controlled diet or any medication. No antibiotics for my MRSA foot infection. Nothing. I was forced to leave against medical advice for negligence. Please do not send your loved one here.

I have family here and it is the most awful place! The staff is rude and mean to their guest. The place smells terrible. I quickly found a new place for my family.

If there was a spot for zero stars; I would choose that one. This place is despicable! I have a loved one there; and have called 5 times to check on her. I was transferred on the floor 5 times, and guess what? No one has answered. Hours have passed, and I still have not spoken to anyone regarding my sister! The receptionists continue to transfer me to a voicemail. This place smells to high heavens; is dirty; the patients are not cared for; and the staff does nothing,with the exception of a few. Disgusting facility! It should be SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Update: My sister has now transitioned to her home in Heaven. Now, her soul is at rest. No more pain; no more sorrow; no more surgeries; no more tears; and no more loneliness. I love you Sis. I miss you so much that my soul aches. Rest with the angels my dearest Sister. Kiss Jesus and Mommy for me. I will see you again one day!
