So this may be a little long. I called the day before to confirm time and time slot. 11:00-11:30. Came 20 minutes early and walk in to the reception who was very nice at first, and helped me get checked in. When I asked the receptionist around 1115, if the instructor was on her way, I heard a camera click sound and turned to see and the receptionist had hidden her phone quickly when I turned to see. My appointment time was 11 and the instructor did not make it there til 1125, along with no apology for being late when she was walked in, just said “How are we” and with a tone not filled with any type of welcome. The ”professional” instructor throw her things down when I replied “I’m here.” Instructor and receptionist proceeded to talk about quietly about me while I waited for her to gather her equipment. When I asked for clarification on the time slot for this class, she replied 3 hours. Mind you this is after I’ve completed my online heart codeACLS portion prior. This is just the skills part. Instructor informed it would be 3 hours. When I again asked for clarification, all that was given was it was 3 hours. So regardless of however I answered or what time slot was given to me and again I got confirmation for the day before she was going to make me stay the full 3 hours. The vibes were completely off, the professionalism was not in the room with us , even for a moment. This makes me sad because I love supporting other RNs like myself with other avenues they’ve created for themselves, I looked her up before driving over an hour because I wanted to support her. But this is ridiculous, and so uncalled for. I hope it was an off day for her and this is not the normal. I can’t recommend even a little and it seems the only other review on google agrees.
