I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the unprofessional and unreasonable behavior exhibited by the office management of your agency. Recently, I was subjected to threats in my own home by office staff, which I find completely unacceptable. It is important to note that the issue lies specifically with the office personnel and not with the nursing assistant who was working with me. As a younger person with terminal cancer, I am able to advocate for myself and recognize when I am being mistreated. However, I am gravely concerned for the senior clients who rely on your agency for care. If they are being treated or spoken to in the same manner, it poses a serious risk to their well-being. Given this experience, I would not recommend this agency to others. Immediate action should be taken to address these issues to ensure the safety and dignity of all clients. This was written on June 27, 2024 If I could give Future Home Healthcare 0 stars I would.
