This place is all about the billing , if your family is going through a hard time do not let these people in your home ,we was suckered in by being told they do cooking and cleaning and bathing only to be told by Jan thay don't...OK then she was talking crazy to my brother and mother ohh they came a day late and she tried to course Our mom into saying she felt threatened- no what it was is my brother Put her in her place whe. She was told 30 sec before entering our home that mom had dementia and she wrote a false report stating my mom was in fear of her life thanks for the potential lawsuit happy newyear

Everything was great, I was receiving care on Monday and Friday. Last Thursday they didn't have the decency to call me they called the hospital to let them know that they had no one to service my needs I'm my area , I called the nurse that has been great and professional, she stated she knew nothing about it and she was still employed there, I found out there was a billing issue, I called my insurance company and they told me I was approved thru the end of October, the more research I did I found out the billing issue was on their end . What a way to treat your patients .

Very poor company my mom got out rehab talk with Ryan who is best person there with ot. James from physical therapy who is the supervisor of PT it joke. Came thought he was gonna run somebody home. They need to get in check with what the patient wants not what suits them or their schedule they need to do what the patient needs. He was out 3 weeks ago my mom after meeting with him one time told the company to never send him out again they were supposed to send somebody out for PT other than him 3 weeks later and still nothing like I said a joke OT came out they was perfectly fine that person is perfectly great and a great personal work with. That's why I'm giving them a one-star review.

I highly recommend Queen City Skilled Care.. I was thoroughly impressed with Ryan. He always answered the phone when I called him or called me back in a timely manner. I knew by talking to him he was looking out for my best interest and recovery.The team of therapists and my nurse were tailored to my treatment plan. Thank you to my nurse Caitlin for your dedication, kindness, and outstanding care you provided. I looked forward to your visits. I had the pleasure also working with my OT Allison. She answered all of my questions, And made sure I had a safe environment for my recovery time. My PT Jason played a huge roll, helping me regain strength and mobility. His encouragement and support pushed me to work harder and achieve more than I thought possible. This was not my first hip surgery or PT. I could not believe the difference in a PT that had your best interest and taught me things to help me recover. He was so professional., Always on time and ready to work. I cannot thank him enough for how far I have come compared to day one. Thank you again, for leaving me with everything I need to keep working hard on my PT at home. Queen City was recommended to me by a friend. We were looking for home care for my father. We've had an amazing experience so far! Dad has a good relationship with the nurse, PT, and OT that visit the house. We have also contacted a PCP to come to the house as well. We are hoping she is as great as the rest so far. We highly recommend Queen City Skilled Care!
