I would 100% highly recommend Viaquest Home Hospice to anyone who is in need of some loving, caring, highly supportive, amazing professionals to help someone who they love get to where there going in the most comfortable and peaceful way possible at their own home. Using them was the best choice I made when I decided that I wanted my Daddy to passover to Heaven in my home. I have severe panic attacks and am a Daddys girl, thought I would never make it thru his passing. Well as hurtful as it was, my love for him and the Viaquest Team actually got me thru it. The entire team were like our own new lil family that we gained. I expected to argue about my Daddy's wants and rights with a nurse who wanted to do things a certain way. I completely got the opposite. They did nothing but support us, teach us, guide us, and most importantly understand us. My father was extremely happy with the care he was receiving all the way to the end. An I would love to point out the team cares so much and becomes so close that the morning my Daddy passed, myself and Kristen were hugging like sisters and I was wiping her tears. Well, my therapist is very nice and accommodating, which is wonderful considering my difficulty in finding mental health services after that whole fiasco with PATH Integrated health. However, other services as far as behavioral health goes are a bit harder to get. I did have someone reach out (in May) for possible case management but that went nowhere. I was supposed to also have someone by the name of "Terrelle" (apologies if I misspelled her name) reach out to me but she never did. On top of this, the facility itself is hard to find and directions Erin (Cummings) gave me aren't very clear. Also, I didn't much care for her tone or how condescending she sounded today. A bit of patience can go a long way.

I cant even begin to thank you all for taking care of my sister,Jill Purvis. Ashley, Jill treasured you and your honesty. The only good care she got in Ixford was because of YOUR involvement. Todd Zureick

My Mother recently passed and the people from ViaQuest could not have been more supportive. Their day to day actions clearly highlighted their compassion for their patients and the family left behind. The entire staff was amazing, attentive and were like family through the end of my Mom's journey. Chaplin David was there when my Mom passed and I will never forget his kind words and the support he provided my family. I'm sure I missed some folks, but the entire staff: Ashley, Edna, Melissa, David and Jason are angels here on earth.
