Lost my uncle for a week. Needed to “wax the floors in his room“ moved him and then couldn’t tell us where he was for over a week, no phone contact no Notification, they couldn’t even find him when we called to speak with him. Stole a $9000 check from his long-term care insurance that was designated for a funeral home, took it, had him sign it over without knowing what he was doing and put it in their bank account. Took weeks to claw back an “agreement” that they would pay for funeral costs, which will of course be far less than $9000. I don’t think he’s had a shower since he got there four months ago.
