Most of the time worked with staff almost like my family Some are very good This has been a very, very hard year: I need the help to maintain my house due to physically limitations There was one staff member who was calling me crazy my son friend heard her who speak Spanish / &talked and answer herself I dont need thus abuse in my own hone Aide around holidays tried to move things all around and nagged, repeating over how she wants things She was moving stuff. I’d have her remove it back. Over & over told her not supposed to lift things no one has the right to be moving things or nagging constantly because they want it this way its like i feel its not my house For better or worse it is my house Ive had things broken & stolen , moved around from all these agencies, misplaced items when does it stop I know I’m going to give some of this to charity. I’m not selfish but give me the respect to go through the item and pick which things can go to charity. I pray for the Lord to protect those who need nursing that aides start listening to clients I got one aide who talked and answered herself. Then was walking down the stairs calling me? Crazy How can i have some like that nobody abuses anyone in my house. My aunt, put everything in its place I’m trying to get this house to be orderly. I don’t want things just moved without purpose-or my permission the client.everything is placed with practicality even tissue boxes in the correct spot. aids do not know the sentimental value things they must listen before moving things that’s my point wonder how many clients are slightly confused in these aids are just moving the stuff it’s very upsetting Things needed to be dusted again you pick something up you put it down you dust it and then you dust the item and you put There was one aide who complained alot until she got what she wanted. Moving furniture, downstairs the carts i would say you are not supposed to do anything She would move stuff and she would have to move it right back or sometimes I tell her when you go I’m gonna move her right back she made mr a nervous reck and i know how to advocate for myself. On Christmas day having asthma attack, and panic attacks /breathing problems Had to leave my son alone The weeks before the aide got me so upset and I was having problems breathing it all caught uthat aide was making me so frustrated. So my case Manager at the time went to the hospital = We decided let’s see if we can shorten the hours so she won’t complain as much just do her job and leave. She decided she didn’t wanna stay with me she wanted thise hours/My case manager Manager Have for me at the bottom line is the staff is always right to these agencies I then there was a excellent aide tried to work with her, but ican’t breath in an odor i was allergic to! I wish her the best if luck Another home help aide did not know how to do basic home help tasks needing me to check her work Didn’t want her fired, & I definitely was not going to fire had i not been ill i could have worked with her Then I asked the agency for somebody Sunday before my surgery was not notified either way Somebody knock on the door do. I wasn't prepared Sunday Aidencomes in and I ask her would you take this plugin lilac scent She took all the bedsheets down and she says she wasn’t having a hard time with allergies so she says its the animals who were in the other room What don’t people understand ::: Our babies are cleaned often in hyper allergic bedding and giving oral solution so there is urine not odorous they stsy in my sons room mostly until visitors warm up to them Gives the snakes,regular pet food not live animals who are smart Perhaps it was the plug-in then she started to have a reaction: Home helper just wanted to home leaving My son exhausted worked day before surgery , came changing beds& helping me clean Exhausted the next day my son , family friend Daniel & my dear cousin went to surgery with me Now it after the surgery, I have no one except my son and care tenders pt . Its quite again, so i can maintain this gift.

unprofessional company, a scam, if you hire this company do your research, they're unqualified staff, rude, they charge you for services when nobody actually shows up...and if they do they stay 15 min and do nothing...oh, and they eat your food, never experienced anything like this before...
