It took 6 months to get a dental appointment, which is almost understandable. And I appreciate being able to get a covid-19 test before my dental appointment. What irritated me was the long wait in the waiting room with some of the patients who kept taking their masks off. When I informed the staff that I'd been waiting 45 minutes and was told "they will come out to get you". That's it. I went to the appointment desk and informed them I was leaving, she called back to the dental area and no one answered the phone. I can't see going back, it's just too far to keep doing this. Not to mention all the cursing from the reception area by the employees. Sorry but I'll find a dental office closer to home. Sorry Dr. Foster, I really enjoyed having you as my dentist. You are professional and easy to talk to.

Counselor's are great,caring staff My counsler literally printed form odjfs site for me, yes sounds like no big deal unless i mention my life was imploding i felt, found out 2 fix car $2k, ntm day prior given bad news (my mom wouldn't make long). This LITTLE gesture had BIG impact 4me.. Idc for sub dr.all time Wait for Lab tests are RIDICULOUS! I filled out card for complaint box and i was BLOWN AWAY when building director ACTUALLY Called me to find out about problem i wrote down!!!! GREAT PLACE Wish Medina county had location!!

Worst Place to come. If your walking in, expect to wait 4 hours before you can be seen. If you have an appointment, expect to be waiting an hour. People at the front desk when you go upstairs are rude and they work slow. And they do not care about how long you have been waiting to be seen. The doctor will be expecting you and go straight to lunch and then take their time calling in patients. I would not recommend anyone to come here.

Had to go to the Hough Clinic with 60 yr old friend from the Congo who has hypertension. Her BP range was extremely high for past two weeks. She’s also been c/o headaches. We arrived close to 8 pm. Admitting staff was very cordial and wanted us to understand policy of costs of treatments and services. We did not have all the necessary documents to proof zero income from sponsor. But sponsor still wanted her seen and treated. Admitting secretary was very helpful. She got us through the process quickly and efficiently. The medical staff was waiting for us and saw my friend immediately. It was a problem easily correctable. We appreciate the efficiency and professionalism of the staff at Hough clinic. Thank you.

There are frequently long waits. Once waited and hour only to be told my appointment had been cancelled. The good thing is they will treat you whether or not you have insurance. The have dentist and podiatrist as well as general practitioners and pediatricians. There is also a pharmacy and a WIC office.
