I've been with this company 3 years and every year around the holidays I'm laying in bed not knowing if I will have someone show up. I had a aide this Christmas because they gave her an advanced which made her have to work but she quit right after the beginning of the year. They don't go over the care plan with the aide they tell them I'm a full care and that I will tell them what to do and when they get her they tell me that the agency didn't tell them what to do they didn't they to do this or that and I find myself compromising myself and being super nice to them just to get help and I can't do a lot for myself but the worst part is I have to literally tell them how to put the sling under me to get up and after I get up I have to stand next to them while they do everything i have to make sure they put the sheet on the bed properly covering the mattress people don't know how to do laundry. Make simple eggs. A crucial nutrientpeople don't know how to do laundry. Make simple eggs. I help them more then they help me. When you complain about the aid, they will tell them that you complain. And when they don't have someone, they will send that same person back to your house.Back in 2010 when I first became paralyzed I didn't know how to put a sling under me or have to tell a nurse how to do my wounds but its like this company doesn't read paperwork I am fed up and professionalism is not in this company's vocabulary I can't wait to meet with my caseworker to find another company because I can't do another 30 different people in my house and I will definitely check reviews for the next company. Everyone wants to get paid and go home. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE

My thoughts in the beginning: "I receive services out of the Columbus office. I cannot speak highly enough about this organization. Both Tina and Debbie are excellent at matching clients with the right staff. I'm so very grateful for their earnest concern about my well-being." 6/10/2019 - Tina is no longer with the Columbus office and best I can tell, as much as Debbie means well, this boat is sinking fast. The culture begins at the top.

They were great with my mother. Aide was reliable and always in scrubs. They also made to check in with us and helped schedule Dr. Visits. If you're ever in need you should call them and ask for deb she's their amazing administrator
