This place is horrible! They cannot staff a four hour shift without sending two people to cover the shift! This is not ok. Do better! I really do not want to give them one star, but i have to, to be able to post this.

The company was ok but they didnt really listen to me on what I needed. My situation was a little different than the norm. Which, for the safety for all involved, made it very important to send someone properly trained like an STNA. I really needed someone i could trust to take care of my mother for a short time so I could get a break. This company placed more importance on sending someone, ANYONE, out to me for the day, despite their ability and knowledge on home care for someone with ALS, just so they could get paid for that day. I told them that I needed someone to take over my duties for a short time so I could leave. Several times they sent someone who had no knowledge or idea on how to care for a partially ambulatory patient. I told them dont send anyone if they dont have an STNA or a trained nurse available because if the person didnt know how or couldnt care for my mom, they were useless to me. This company kept insisting on sending people, regardless, under the guise of helping with housework which charged me the same amount but didnt actually give me a break or respite in any way. I can clean my own house. What I needed was to be able to take a nap without worrying about my mom. They finally realized what needed to be done and found me a wonderful STNA whom was amazing and incredibly reliable and very good at her job. But they kept mentioning finding backup or another employee who could take over when this stna was unavailable. I was fine with working with one persons schedule. I was very aware my moms situation was not normal and needed someone to be familiar with her and know exactly what was affecting her each day. Als is not a kind disease and was constantly changing things. The issue wasnt that I needed someone every single day. The issue was that I needed a nurse who could care for my mom who had a little known, rare, deadly disease. Again, it all ended up working out, hence the 3 star, but it was very frustrating that they kept trying to send people out just so they could get my money for that day, even after I explained to them what I needed.....several times. It was under the guise of being helpful but it wasnt very helpful. Otherwise, making payments was easy, being able to get ahold of someone at the office or for scheduling was easy, and all the staff was very friendly.

My cat Simba and I love Tanesha❤️. She is an amazing caregiver. She goes above and beyond expectations...she helps me with stuff like..( vacuum cleaner clogs up) ... She's like family... Not sure what we would do without her...😁🥳 When she leaves my house smells and looks soooo good 😊.

I appreciate the staff at care giver USA. The young ladies that take care of my mom, are professional, and do what I ask of them. I have no complaints. The ladies go above and beyond and exceeded my expectations . I want to thank each and everyone of the staff for your help. I would recommend Caregiver USA to anyone that needs help with a loved one. Thank you all so very much!

We are very pleased with Caregiver USA! We just love Ashley and Lisa! My parents were going through a very difficult time when we reached out for services. My mom was literally in bed all the time. Now she is engaged and back to participating in life. Ashley helped her sort things out of her closet and other areas. This was a huge feat and my mom can’t say enough good things about Ashley - she’s extremely hard working, kind, and always on time and eager to be helpful. Lisa also is all around a huge help. She is a dynamo at cleaning and my mom has enjoyed cooking with her and says Lisa’s cooking is very yummy. My brother and I feel more relaxed and assured that my parents have Ashley & Lisa to rely on for their day to day needs.
