I knew from when I first spoke with Melissa in the office, that this would be a good fit. I was not disappointed. My nurse and aide were absolutely wonderful and came to be like family. I no longer need services, but I refer anyone I know who does to this agency. I know they will be taken care of and treated like you would want your family treated. Thank you Caring Heart!

Such a wonderful and caring home health agency. With my father-in-law we’ve been through more agencies, and nurses then you would believe. Caring heart and home health agency is definitely the best we’ve ever dealt with. The rapport you build with your nurse/ care taker is a wonderful thing. I can’t say anything bad about this place, Courtney R is hands down the best nurse we’ve ever had, she’s so caring, and makes sure my father in law gets the care he needs. He always looks forward to seeing her, she goes above and beyond and any time he has any questions even if it’s at night he calls and she answers! If you are looking for a reliable, caring, honest, amazing home health agency to take care of your loved ones I definitely recommend them, nobody in the Columbus Or surrounding area can compare! Thank you caring heart and home, and ms. Courtney for everything you do to help my father in law, you improve his over all quality of life and bring a smile to his face every time! First, I must say that the 5 star reviews are both employees and relatives. Melissa is actually the first point of contact I had with this agency. I must say that I am truly appalled at the lack of professionalism from this agency and should you choose them, have the background of the Homehealth Aid checked. Especially if her name is Nikki that supposedly has 15 years of experience. I will first start by saying that the Nurse that was supposed to come and open the case did not come as scheduled and when I called to find out when she/he would arrive (several times)I kept getting told that they would call me back only to not be called back so I called and informed them the importance of keeping the lines of communication open for the sake of my loved one and my schedule. So, after wasting a whole day waiting for the nurse to arrive he finally did (early evening)but I will say that he was nice but was rushing through the paperwork process which makes it hard for my loved one who has some brain damage due to a stroke to understand everything. Here is the worst part, the next day, the Home Health Aid comes and is informed by my loved one that she is too early (which is a good thing for most people but not my loved one due issues with insomnia and having been taken advantage of by a few past Aids in Regards to her schedule) so apparently she didn't like being told she was too early because she told her that she was going to step out and make a phone call and return and she never did. I then receive a phone call from this agency saying that that the Aid called and told them that there was teenagers in my home and weed on my table. I was livid as #1 we are a Christian family and no one in my home has anything to do with weed or any other drugs and there were no teenagers or kids here so for that woman to tell the agency a lie like that something has seriously got to be wrong with her and I would worry about her being entrusted with my loved one. I usually don't put my personal business online but it is worth it to me if I can help protect someone else's family from someone that is supposed to be a Caregiver that is delusional and doesn't want to work. There will be an investigation and I'm totally ok with that as we have nothing to hide. We have had caregivers and nurses in our home 7 days per week for the last 13 years and any and all of them would tell you what an upstanding DRUG FREE, clean and respectable family we are so I'm not worried about anything and I am thankful to God that he that we were made aware of this person and her delusions before she was to be in our home daily.
