I have worked where patients/clients are numbers, here you are on a first name basis with everyone! The family environment everyone has created has truly been extended to everyone including the caregivers. It also feels good to work somewhere locally owned and operated in todays age!

What a great place to work! Compassionate Caregivers truly cares about each and every employee on their staff. Our fearless leader, Debbie DeLucaEly has been a nurse for over 30 years. She brings professionalism and a fun family culture. We're all in this together mentality. For Christmas she invited all the caregivers to the main office for cookies, to meet Santa & spin a wheel where you could win 8 hours of PTO 😱 A truly great company to work for!

I reside out of state but know that this Home care service can provide not only I was looking for for my grandparents, but also going above and beyond to meet my expectations. After my grandparents passing the. Home care still goes the extra mile to see how my family and I are doing by cards and flowers, etc. during the holiday season. Compassionate Caregivers truly lived up to their name while caring for my mom over the last nine months. Our family was anxious about inviting someone new into her home, but right from the first visit, the nurse made both Mom and us feel at ease. They were patient, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. Mom had her favorites. She always looked forward to seeing Janet and Marcella. They took the time to learn her routines, always greeted her with a smile, and never rushed her through anything. I was really impressed by how much respect they showed her, both as a person and in maintaining her independence. Communication was another big plus. I appreciated the regular updates, whether it was just a quick check-in text or a heads-up about something Mom might need, like changes in her medications or her new favorite snacks. I never felt in the dark about her condition or care. One moment that stood out was after my mom had a rough week health-wise, her caregiver brought her favorite flowers just to cheer her up. That really touched us. Little gestures like that showed me they truly cared, and it meant so much. In short, finding Compassionate Caregivers was a huge relief for our family during a stressful time. I would trust them all over again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for dedicated, heartfelt home care.

I couldn’t have been any happier and feel at ease, to know that my both grandparents are in the delicate care of Compassionate Caregivers Home Care. I live out of the country in the Brazil and I come to visit from time to time and visiting since the past few years. All the times I visit the peoples as well as owner, Debbie go high and beyond my speciations and needs for to let me know that all the things absolutely superb and stellar job, especially when I’m not even at the same country and I know their taken care of Very good. I will absolutely with no doubts recommend this magnificent care that they provide of my grandparents and has been as well as hopefully would continue for as long as is possible , excellent job ! Debbie, especially have to be the harder working, competent, empathetic, and honest persons to make me feel at peace when I leave.
