My daughter & I walked into the building today 8/12/25. About 2:10pm. There's was no one at the front desk. But we could see the owner at her desk to the right as we walked up to the counter. I being to grab one of their flyers. As we(my family & me) had already made it a day of trying to possibly find my disabled mother a nice adult day facility in our area. This was the 7th and final place that we had been to today & calling it a day for this search in this heat 🥵. We'd worked our way from the woodland area(north-end) all the way to Reynoldsburg,then finally to Whitehall" area. Welp.. to our surprise after all of the facilities that we'd been to today. Inside and out & have seen & visited today. Sadly & unfortunately, we've seen ALL races, ages, backgrounds and ethnic groups in all of these different locations/areas in the city & in the same type of businesses offering a lot of the same thing's/services. But unfortunately NOT the same quality or qualities. In all honesty I STRONGLY DISLIKED that we had made it through our whole day and just when we got to OUR(OWN PEOPLE) This is when this ugliest takes places to & with us. (Very disappointed)😔 Anyway, when I had first walked into the building I was excited with a grin on my face.(It looked like it had potential and I may have liked it).Up until the worker Cassandra came charging to the front reaching her hand out to touch me to try stopping me from grabbing a flyer. Which we're in a holder on top of the desk as if it's supposed to be for people to take🤔. As she just barley brushed her hand against my arm in defense mode. I had to take a second to register what was actually going on & if I & my daughter had actually done something wrong or something. Especially the way she came charging up to the front of the businesses in such manner. I had began to wonder if she was top flight security of the world" or something. Because what! Excuse me. However, the owner was standing up and walking towards us all at this point as her & Cassandra had asked us who we were"? (Who are you?) I'm sure that the expression on my face said it all, because the owner had told her(staff")that she had it", & that she could go back to wherever she was at. Because like WHAT!?😒 VERY GHETTO AND UNPROFESSIONAL. It definitely made a lasting impression considering that this was the closest location to our home and I had the impression that it may could've just possibly worked out for my mom from the feeling I got when I had first walked in. Up until Cassandra's unprofessionalism came front & center in the first 60 seconds of us entering the building. Although, the owner did her best to recover her staff's flaws with her and I report my oldest daughter my mother's aide who will be as involved in her care in & out of home. She had said NOPE 🙅🏾‍♀️ mom we're not coming here infront of the owner & Cassandra just because of her demeanor & disposition in this situation. By HER NOT knowing who we were or what we wanted she was slightly aggressive, I have been in the health field for yrs my daughter is currently also in the growning health field with current & still upcoming certifications and certificates of completion. (Hard work acqulates) WE'RE BOTH 2 YOUNG BLACK WOMAN who are VERY PASSIONATE & CARING IN THIS STRIVING field ALSO. I could understand IF her reasoning was because we were being rude, aggressive,bothering someone inside the business ect something to be considered a disturbance to their business. However, and VERY unfortunate for their company & business that, that was in fact NOT the case at all & her behavior for the work place in this particular situation was inappropriate, unnecessary & uncalled for. I wished that it could've worked out better I wanted to take a look around & get a idea of the facility to know more about what all good they had to offer their clients/patients & potential my love one as well. I sincerely, hopes that this review helps them with better business results for new clientele in the future. Not ONLY CUSTOMER CARE BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Went to put in application and business was closed, no one answered door bell or knocking. I was pushing doorbell and knocking on door for 7min with no response.
