Great company. My company recently contracted with this company to provide QBHS and Social Workers. It’s been a good experience so far.

Will have you going to facilities with roaches and bed bugs and won’t disclose that to you but will put you as inactive when you refuse to work their despite me telling them what I saw and had pictures they still ignored me and didn’t further investigate better off going to NurseDash at least they have reviews so you can see what your getting yourself into

Health Pro provides nothing but false advertising and empty promises for home care. Prior to accepting the case Elizabeth assured myself and my mother’s case manager that in the event someone called off, they would provide back up coverage. That is a lie and when I call Elizabeth and leave her voicemails, she does not return my calls. Then I was told by Dawn that an aid said the duties my mom needs are too difficult. Well if bathing someone, preparing a meal and a little vacuuming and dusting of 1 bedroom only are too much then they should NOT be advertising the services and accepting the case after the assessment. I wonder how many other handicapped people are being lied to by Health Pro.

I had a really bad experience with a nurse name Albert Longoria. He was taking care of my wound and was bringing expired sodium chloride to clean my wound. The item was expired on 2010 which is 9 years that it had expired. Very disappointing, good think I check the item and found out.

If I could give less than one store I would. This company cannot even provide services to my mother even after coming out, doing an assessment and stating that they could provide the services for the time stated. I tried to be patient and work with them for quite a few weeks to get somebody out here to even start the service but they never could find anybody. Didn't want to come out to the area because they stated this wasn't in their area and had no one that lived out near me. I guess cota bus travel is required transportation for this job and not a car, even though it was inside of to 270. They go everywhere else but in this area and I don't understand why that is. I could not even get a call back from Elizabeth even thoughbshe promised me that they could provide services and stated she had 'girls' lines up and wanting hours. This company is very unprofessional and I would strongly urge families to do research and don't take into consideration the FAKE reviews posted by employees of this company!!!
