Robin Gorrell and her staff have been more than accommodating and knowledgeable in advising us as to what steps we need to take in the care of our father. Robin and her staff have been always within a phone call and in situations where we have needed help with out a scheduled day and time, she has been able to provide the needed help. Thank you!!

Assisting Hands literally saved my sanity. I made a last minute (on a Tuesday) decision to take my mother to Ohio with me for family gatherings. I reached out to Assisting Hands and they were able to schedule caregivers for my mother for Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Shaunte was with us both Saturday and Sunday and attended 2 separate gatherings with us and her sole focus was my mother and making her feel comfortable and attended to while being very personable with all guests who attended. Sunday night Helen took over for the overnight so I could relax and sleep preparing for the morning drive back to Illinois. She had my mother up, dressed and ready to go when I knocked on the door to finish up packing up the car. She even reassured my mom they did not need to call me and I would be there at the agreed upon time which I was. I could not have done it without them both and God Bless Assisting Hands for making the arrangements on such short notice.

The thoughtfulness of this company and their staff is amazing! Thank you for making the holiday special for my parents. Assisting Hands has been a blessing to my family. Robin was able to find an aide for us immediately. Jamie works hard to meet the needs of both of my parents. She is caring and compassionate and treats the family with respect and kindness. This is a perfect fit to keep my parents in our family home, allow for choice/ independence and give caring support. A win/win for everyone!
