This agency has been absolutely wonderful to work with as a partner in my mother's care. We have contracted with many different agencies over the nearly 18 years that my mother has required caregivers and nursing, none of them ever provided the level of consistent quality care that we have received from Sheltered Home. Mom requires a high level of care and has been treated with dignity, kindness, and compassion. Her skilled caregiver and nurse are hardworking, trustworthy, conscientious people with genuine empathy. We have never been let down or left hanging by this agency. We cannot say that about any other company we've worked with over the years. I'm just sorry we didn't find them years ago! About a year and an half ago I was tasked with helping to find another home health care company for my grandma. I called Sheltered Home Health Services and spoke directly to the owner and within the week they came to take care of my grandmother. They cared for her this last year or so of her life. Her aid was the kindest, compassionate, most loving individual, who always had my grandmas best interest at heart. Sheltered Home Health Service took exceptional care of my grandma and treated her, and all of us as if we were family. It was very important to our family to be in close contact in case of emergencies. The company as well as her aid would call or text daily with updates as needed. If you’re looking for Home Health Care to assist in caring for a loved one, I Highly recommend Sheltered Home Health Services. They will NEVER leave you hanging!
