Insanity! Do not use any of their home care services. These people could care less. Horrific if you ask me!

Poor care of schedules, poor communication, poor accountability for their mistakes, do not take accountability especially when the use their own personnel. They contract to other places like San Onassis who are wonderful home care, DO NOT USE MT CARMEL HOME CARE you have a choice and a voice to request another home care service. REMEMBER you are paying them and taking your INSURANCE money they are not paying you. 2nd time I had to use Mt Carmel home care services NEVER again when I got out of hospital, go with Ohio health or any other place. If have a valid complaint call (JAHCO) which is where they get their funding from which is the (Joint Administration Commission Hospital) Funding from govt sources. Again do yourself a favor and put your care in a place that really cares about you and Mt Carmel only cares about their pockets getting filled with your insurance money “good luck” and do your research there are better places to get your home care from your doctor can send that referral to anyplace you want for your home care. Again warning do not use MT Carmel Home Services.
