Pennell provided great service to my brothers and I during our time with them. They always looked for solutions for my brothers (who was their client) to make sure they were getting what they needed and when they needed. I've met the other aides there too and they are all kind. When my brothers were sick, they would call and check in on them, not because they were their client, but because they care. I changed careers and they still check in on me. That is the kind of people and business they are... people first.

This company helped greatly to establish services for my disabled sons and also provided their sibling with training and a job so that she could be their aide instead of a stranger.

I would not refer this company to anyone. If I could give ZERO stars I would. And this is due to the fact it was a nightmare for me. The.second Aid Within a 13 day period One Aid I had did 7 No call shows, 5 late days over 3 hours late and only 1 time on time in a 13 day period . Yes, I can say this company is a nightmare. They're a joke. I had 2 Aids from them. The first one. Was a joke all she wanted to do is talk about her. She wanted to hurry up and do the the cleaning so she couldsit down . And it wasn't even cleaning. My bathroom was filthy. Kitchen was filthy. Dishes still had food on them after she washed them. Neither one of the aides had a Driver's license so that they could go to the store or anything for me. I had to drive myself. How's that Look me the client driving my aid when they should be going to the store for me. They're Aids don't do services for clients. All they want to do is sit on their phones and do nothing. The second Aid even wanted me to sign for time she was not here . I told her know so she stop coming all together. This company makes make sure that their Aids are comfortable. Not the client. They cater to their Aids needs and not the clients needs. They even changed my hours without asking me so that the aid could come when she wanted to. That's not how this works. This company is a joke and I would not refer them to anyone. Update 7/30/2024,, In response to the response that the owner wants to leave on my review . Maybe you should contact me instead of calling me a liar. My case manager with the waiver program knows everything that I went through with your AIDS and everything is 100% true that I said, Do not call me a liar if you have not spoke to me yourself. As for the nursing service I got, he was 100% awesome. But the aid service I got was a nightmare. And everything I said was true. So please do not call me a liar. You have not even talked to me. I asked to speak with the owner and was ignored on that request every time I ask to speak with the owner. Thank you very much. You can contact me at anytime. If you are so concerned and upset over my review. I say it would be more professional for you to speak with me Instead of saying that what my Review was 100% untrue and false.Because I have nothing to lie about.

The aids took good care of me,i must say they don't joke with their clients.they always show up on time.i must recommend them to you guys.am a proud client of penell health care and the aids are always ready to give helping hands .they keep my environment clean, they make sure I get my medications on time, they assist me in my groceries shopping and they help me in visiting my doctor on appointments. I pray the good lord should keep blessing that company.good job penell health care 🙏
