I was a client of this health care service. My aide was promised an hourly wage because she was bring a client my son. After all the documents were signed they only paid her $10 hrly. Not sure how she was suppose to raise her family with this hourly wage. But they were paying others at a higher hrly wage. This company is VERY unprofessional they do not answer or return calls. The answering machine is always on, but when they need something from the client they are quick to call and still not addressing your message. Needless to say my aide quit and i was left with no assistance from this company. She was good with my son who has a TBI and no one cares that they leave you with no assistance. If I could rate them a zero it would be a minus zero.
