My name is Marina Pindyk. I used this agency for 10 years. But after the management changed, everything became terrible. The office staff is unprofessional. No one can solve a single problem. Due to the agency's poor performance, I lost my care. I'm now looking for another agency. Stay as far away from them as possible.

If I could give a review with zero stars I would. I hope I never have to deal with this company again. I only dealt with them because Altimate home care closed which was WAY BETTER treatment. I’m maybe 2 months out of their care now, and I can honestly say they made no significant difference or impact on my progress after my car crash, which crushed my legs. The lady who supposedly owns it, Jamie, was very impersonal about EVERYTHING and made it hard to even communicate with her. These are not very personable people. The home health employees they sent to my house were not thorough about anything at all. They came, did basic stuff (not even caring about my progress or specific care needed) and left THE MINUTE their time was up. I felt 0% cared for. The only people that made it tolerable was OT&PT Megan & Andrea. If I wasn’t As young as I am , I’d probably never fully recover because of them. I hope I never have to deal with this company again. I miss working with Altimate home care because they did more, cared more and helped more with my progress and I’m sad they closed. I may have put one star, but it was required to leave the review.
