I used Right Choice for about two weeks to care for my husband who has Alzheimer's. The person they sent was late more times than on time. One time I called and she was still in bed. Then she informed that she would be going on vacation for several weeks. This created a problem since I work outside of the home. The final incident was when she text me that she was ill. I called to see if a replacement could be sent and they said-no. I then called our case worker to inform her we needed a different agency since they were unable to accommodate my needs. The funny thing is two days later I received 30 day termination letter that could no longer provide service. What a joke. Only use this agency if you don't really need the help. I give it -10 stars if I would.

I'm a tenant at the downtown location in Columbus. Each time I see this worker his neatly dressed clean and always pleasant. The last time he worked 1/17/2020. He had some issue with the front desk. He could have left for the night. Instead he came back later. The building stays pretty much dirty until he arrives. Thanks , people like him should be recognize for their work and commitment to your Company.

This is one of the most reliable Home Care Agency I have ever seen. When My friend comes out from the Hospital, Every thing was on time. Nurse opened my friends' admission same day, she called the primary care Doctor for him, called the pharmacy for him, and addition to that, she explained all of his medicine accordly, and sent home health aide right way. I couldn't ask more than that and I recommended to every one.
