Post cervical fusion I am using this agency for skilled in home therapy. I was supposed to receive nurse, occupational (OT) and physical therapy (PT). Staffing is an issue. I never got occupational therapy. No one from the agency followed up with me about it. From what I understand they only have one OT. I have been able to get along without OT. Otherwise, the PT Jason has been just great. He is really patient and informative. Our sessions are going well. The nurse was pretty good and she was knowledgeable of her job. I like the tips, informational videos and reminders they send to call with any issues or questions. Overall, I would recommend using this agency. The treatment I am receiving is good. Deborah Fells.

My Mom receives Physical Therapy and really enjoys it. They work on safety and conditioning to improve/maintain balance to maximize her ability to remain active and healthy. The Therapist are great and get to know my Mom well making her more comfortable.

I was happy with the nurse and physical therapy and all . Super nice.. the only reason I have a three was because of the lack of communication with getting with me at the beginning. I was home a whole week before anyone called me which they said they would. The nurse did get with me and came out and Erica was great and did what she said she would do. Occupational therapy called me two weeks after being home and I talked with them and said I am already doing steps walking , dressing on my own, take my own showers so they did not need to come out. Physical therapy then called after I had been home for two weeks and she came out and she was great also. She walked with me and the. We agreed I am doing all on my own and do not need to have her come back. The people were great but I do not think communication on threee part went well at all.
