The worse place ever !!!!! my mother was here almost 2 weeks she was fine till we asked them to discharge her because she was not getting all her needs and they gave her something over night to make her sick vomiting and diarrhea all morning and day but my God is Great we still left and they give them any medication she was there for PT from hospital stay but they was giving her antidepressants medication and not let her know or the family that they was giving anything else the her regular meds and they get upset because you care about your love one but one older lady was amazing to her and you can till she cared and show her some love God bless you i wish I got your name but I was rushing out there

This place needs shut down! I had to take my mother out of there because she was not getting the proper care. They are just in it for the money and they lie about services needed to hold patients in there to keep collecting from their insurance. My mother was left in a wet diaper all day, her wound was left, uncovered all night, she would be taken down to physical therapy and left sitting in a chair until her legs were numb, and she was unable to do therapy, but then they would contact the insurance company and ask for an extension on her stay because she needed further physical therapy. After calling them yesterday, letting them know all the issues at that place and to let them know I was coming to take her out of there I called my mother to let her know. While on the phone with my mother, a woman by the name, I believe of Trudy came in her room and was basically verbally attacking her, not knowing that I was on the phone, listening to everything she was saying. They never checked her blood sugar the whole time she was there And as she was getting in my vehicle, she blacked out and started falling out towards the concrete and they refused to help me and just stood there and watched so I had to call 911 to come there to the parking lot and help me while they stood back in the building at a window watching and come to find out later on my mother‘s blood sugar was 251. The night before I was on the phone with her and employees was in the hallway, screaming, arguing/fighting with each other, and she told me that it was the second time that night that it had happened. I will be filing a huge complaint and seeking legal advice because that place isn’t fit for a dog or any animal for that matter and they need investigated for insurance fraud

This question is asking about pricing, although we went through insurance with had no difficulty. They do except Molina. We had no problems qualifying. It has been an adjustment due to transitioning, but a smooth integration into this Community of residents. Facility is exceptionally clean, updated, and safe. Due to our specific needs, they were able to make the medical adjustments. I was able to meet with Anthony the administrator and Crystal, the DON who were both professionals , knowledgeable, approachable and present! They really established a great standard for care and respect for our family. We are Approx. 2 months in with this facility, and I base my comparison to several others we previously have stayed in for over time, and many ways have contributed to where we are now,. So moving forward, and I believe God this is the last leg of our journey, we are seeing our goals moving, action in real time. There’s nothing like progress! ***** Excited and thankful***** I’ll be back for updates in two months.
