I observed a employee of this company verbally abuse a client of her in Columbus and show people in a bar a video of her client's apartment telling the people how dirty it is.

Teresa's team is one-of-a-kind. The manager, Todd, and owner Teresa really care for the clients they work with. I've received services from other agencies over the years, but I've never felt like I received better care than I have with First Choice! They always go the extra mile in their care and concern. I never thought I would find an agency that cares so much. I've seen a lot of negative reviews for First Choice, but I can only think that they must be confusing them with another agency. First Choice is strict by the book and cares more than any other agency I know of. I would urge anyone considering using them to ask questions and get a feel for the agency themselves.
