I was a client with Aspire, however I am quite disappointed. I was given aides that didn't show up and/or who were very disrespectful. For the last two months, I only had an aide for two hours per week! When I switched to another company, that one aide, was cancelled, leaving me with no one. I was authorized to have an aide for 12 hours per week. I would not recommend this company!

With the care and compassion they have given, and the relationships they have made with each one has been amazing. The staff is supportive, caring and over all does a great job. The staff in all departments at Aspire have been absolutely amazing in taking care of my wife. They began working with us even prior to her discharge from the hospital to a physical rehab facility in preparation for the day when she would return home and they would begin providing nursing care, physical therapy and occupational therapy. From day one, they have proven to be very compassionate, kind, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. They have played a major role in the excellent progress that my wife has made on her journey back to full independence and mobility.

This is the 2nd time I've used Aspire and have been very satisfied. The first time was 5 years ago with my father, he was just diagnosed with dementia and i had no idea what to do. They supplied a weekly nurse to visit as well as an aid 3 days a week. Their employees were always polite an punctual. I have not had much experience with Aspire in Wapakoneta. However, my sister and I have been searching for home health services for my mother in the Wapakoneta area. We have called around to several different agencies in the surrounding area. Aspire home health was the most unprofessional ones to talk with. They had the audacity to demean their compeditors. I am pretty sure that some privacy issues were broken during the converstation we had. I was not going to take that chance of privacy issues with my Mother. What does this show for a company to not think twice about talking bad about their compeditors?? If you are looking for health care services for a loved one make sure you look at all your options.
