I am so happy with this transportation service. I have had 4 rides all have been good except last. Usually they are on time picking up in a.m but disappointed you can't schedule a return trip at same time. You have to call when you are done. Usually, the driver has returned in 20 mins- 1/2 hour, but Friday, waited 2 hours to be picked up. It is very frustrating when I am recovering from surgery and can't yet drive, and have to rely on someone to bring me home. Then the driver drove past all 3 turns to get to my apts and I had to say something, so he could turn around! Maybe he was just busy...or bad day. Anyway, SO MUCH BETTER THAN WHO I HAD FOR TRANSPORTATION BEFORE!

If at all possible; DO NOT USE THIS TRANSPORTATION company, they are HORRIBLE. I would not even give them 1 star! I only gave them 1 star because I couldn't post without choosing a rating. You can make your appointments and have confirmation from them, and they will just not show up....no phone call, no nothing. They have no regard for their clients and I truly do not understand how they are still in business. The receptionist that answers the calls is very courteous and helpful, but I still would never recommend this company to anyone. I think some govering agency should audit/inspect them to help them figure out how to become a better more productive and dependable company.

This transportation service absolutely sucks! I do not recommend at all. Never show up and they get mad when you call and ask when they will be picking you up. They tell you a time and still don’t show up. I’ve called three times so far today and been waiting for hours and still nothing. I guess I will be spending the night here at the doctors office. Works transportation service I’ve ever used and poor customer service.

I would not recommend this company to service anyone's family. I'm not sure how well they select there employees but we had an aide by the name of "Gale" who slept on the job, took money and medications from family, and would take extremely long breaks without work being done. Aide was reported and agency is very unprofessional when dealing with these various issues. We will be reporting this company to Better Buiness Bureau and to the Ohio Board of Health. Families please beware before selecting this agency for caring for your family members.
