Becca and Mikki were the two most caring, sweetest, and hardworking nurses I have very met. They went above and beyond for me everyday! I cannot say enough good things about them! They both deserve a Daisy Award!

I had a great experience with Gem City Home Health Care. The Nurses, PT and OT were very polite, competent, and helpful with making sure I understood the physicians orders, checking vitals, teaching, and observing exercises, mobility precautions, and monitoring pain control. Special thanks to Jeneille, Megan, Neha, Allen, Amy, and Matt.

The nurses and therapists have a genuine concern and are invested in the care and treatment of the patient, as well as the family. They are thoughtful and compassionate and everything they do is to support for the betterment for the patient and family.

The nurse who came to take care of my husband was very nice and respectful. She took the time to explain to us of what she had to do. She worked with me for the time schedules. She was easy to talk to. I would love to have her back if we had your services again.

The physical therapist named Scott was very good. He spent time and actually used the full hour for therapy. The occupational therapy was atrocious. The therapist spent at most 10 minutes with the patient and sat in vehicle in our driveway the remainder of the session. The one star rating is due to the OT or lack there of. Management was subpar as well, excuses were all that were made. Shout out to OT manager Sara, she was very good but unaware of the lack of care being received. We would not use Gem City again in the future as therapy is the goal and they choose to cut corners.
