Never followed up with a public health complaint even when various photos and video evidence was sent, lied that a official came out to investigate ( ring cameras say otherwise) and lied about the case details, never heard back with an update. I honestly believe if someone were to see what I have as far as evidence goes for public health hazards they’d be appalled about the lack of urgency from this so called health department.

Hi, I was the patient from this past Friday at 2 30 PM. The nurse at the STI Clinic is very unprofessional and rude. The NP is awesome. The NP definitely was the reason why I didn't go off on that nurse. This is not the place to expose your unprofessionalism. Smh. Shame on her and the City of Dayton for hiring trash. Also, I've never been swabbed for an STD with a Nurse hiding behind the curtains, so if I have anything else you will be sued. Just like when I came to get rechecked to make sure I was healed after 7 days before having sex and she took a q-tip, contaminated it and told me to swab myself. Why, because "they don't check women right away after finishing their medications because they don't want to pay for it." W have to wait 30 days. Well if that's the case how did I come up negative after 7 days. That nurse DIDN'T know how to explain that the parasite could possibly be there but regardless it is dead. Therefore, I cannot give it to anyone. It's that simple. Anyways, the state will get evidence and Columbus will be downtown Dayton soon. I am slow coming after her license. Smh. That's if your office wants to call me and resolve this issue I will definitely admit to this review and explain the whole situation instead of involving State and the Board of Nursing. Thank you.

Unfortunately, the employees were so unhelpful that I had to call a different county’s office just to get a straight answer about a simple, basic question. Not only were the employees moody and unknowledgeable, they actually spoke over me and didn’t even let me finish my question. For being alleged “public servants”, they sure don’t serve the public well. The other county was polite, courteous, and had the same question answered within seconds.

I have had the pleasure of talking to and scheduling inspections with the staff here for almost 3 years. They are always polite, courteous and friendly. The ladies are always ready to help if I have an issue and need an answer. You couldn't ask for a better crew! Thanks for making my job easier with your kindness, professionalism and knowledge.

PHDMC deserves 10 stars for the Tuesday COVID-19 vaccine event at the Dayton Convention Center. They did an excellent job organizing the event between themselves and other public services. Everything was smooth and quick considering they did about 200 people an hour. Staff and markers along the route to guide. Police around the area outside and in the bldg, EMT/Fire for first aid, additional nurses monitoring and helping those who needed it. Food and water for those who needed it. I was really impressed. They helped a lady next to me who had a panic attack. Later I had a bad reaction and they helped me. I'm fine now. And they're doing this all week, hour after hour! Thank you, PHDMC!
