Gem City is in network with my insurance company. I called them simply to gather some information so I could determine whether they would be a good fit before asking our medical provider to send a referral to them. However, they refused to provide any basic information without a referral and were not willing to answer any questions.

The care I received from nurse Valerie Aslam was wonderful. She always came in on time and dressed the wounds left over from the double amputation of my legs. The amputation was due to Osteomyelitis a bone infection. Valerie’s personality was always happy to see me on each weekly visit.
