Very disappointed with this service. It is contracted by the Preble County Council on Aging to help care for elderly clients — specifically to assist with home cleaning — but the quality and reliability have been extremely poor. The staff rarely show up for their scheduled weekly visits, often providing last-minute excuses. On the occasions when they do come, little to no cleaning is actually done. When I visit my family member’s home, it’s clear that it hasn’t been properly cleaned in months despite these scheduled services. This is unacceptable, especially for elderly individuals who depend on this support to maintain a safe and healthy home. In sharp contrast, the Preble County Council on Aging Meals on Wheels program is excellent — the staff there are friendly, dependable, and genuinely care about their clients. Unfortunately, the home care cleaning subcontractor falls far short of those standards. This would be the very last service I would recommend for any home assistance needs.
