I just took the responsibility of my mother in my home. When she came to live with me she had this company. Shortly after she arrived she went to the hosp. When she came out she wanted her same caregiver. When I talked to the women who answered the phone, I guess they didnt want to hear my request but said they would get back with me. They did not. I called to request someone else to come to our home and was told very quickly, without skipping a beat that the company did not have anyone for my mom. Dont believe they had her best interest in mind. Just mad because I asked for same caregiver. No thanks to this company. Lori answered the last conversation.
