I have left a review before and it’s somehow deleted. Anyway, this place is awful. There is a nurse who refused to wash her hands when changing the dressing on my son’s central line. She would only use hand sanitizer. Another nurse would always come inside smelling very strongly of smoke. And finally, we once had a nurse come in and accidentally leave ANOTHER PATIENT’S epinephrine vial in our home!!!! I came somewhat close to flushing my son’s central line with it because it looked similar to the heparin. When I called about it, the owner or manager or whoever was so rude and said that that is why I should be paying attention. She accepted zero responsibility for the nurse. This place is dangerous and thankfully when I told my insurance about the incidence, they allowed us to switch to CCHMC home healthcare.

I have reported a caregiver 2 times. Mouthy unprofessional snd disrespectful to me..a family member and a nurse. I can't believe agency would allow her to come back when requested her not to return. I also am Medical POA and am not listed with emergency contact either. Agency doesn't have unformed caregivers or any badged credentials saying who they are. One caregiver lost my mother's house key too.

This agency did a bang up job on a family member of mine. Their therapy got her back on her feet and back to her "normal". Hope she won't need you again but, if so, we'll be calling.
