This is about the home health care, Not Hospice or Palliative care, they are amazing! This is about home health care. The aides that come to are house are wonderful! They are professional, friendly, and do a great job! I really appreciate all their hard work. However, the office staff is unprofessional, lazy, incompetent, and do not listen to or care about their clients. They lie to clients, forget to call clients when an aide is sick and won’t becoming, reschedule times without talking to the client, and treat the aides with disrespect and contempt. I would NOT RECOMMEND HOME HEALTH CARE, but my experienceS with Hospice and Palliative care have been wonderful.
