Everyone at Patriot Home Health was extremely professional and great to work with. The physical therapists were very helpful in my recovery and ability to heal faster than I had anticipated. The nurses were friendly and helpful with doing my dressings on my knee and giving me advice on how to taking care of of myself. I was very pleased with not only the highly skilled medical care I received from the in-home physical therapists, but also the great communication from the staff and for outstanding level of interpersonal skills that was consistently provided by Patriot therapists. The therapists made sure I understood the purpose and techniques necessary to complete the exercises successfully and provided excellent, highly informed feedback on my performance. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. My in home care provider was recommended and contacted by Crystal Clinic Orthopedic. I did not have to do anything. A representative came to my hospital room to introduce me to their service and the next steps involved. Those that came to my home were wonderful. My only wish was that my last visit was not back to back days. Sometimes schedules don't line up the way we like. I recommend Patriot at Home.
