Driver in a blue minivan almost hit me on Main St today (7/20/24) he was behind me at a light waiting to turn left and he turned AROUND me through oncoming traffic. He then ran a red light, sped down a closed road, and then flipped a u-turn in the middle of said road blocking traffic. I recommend using any other company if you want to get to your destination safely. Update: The email address listed on the Contact Us section of the website is for an unaffiliated company in St Louis.

My BRAND NEW 5 day old car was hit by one of their drivers. Slight mention to the fact my car was PARKED IN A PARKING SPOT! Owner of the company just wanted to pay for it in the beginning so they wouldn’t have to make a claim but took a long time making up their mind. It took FOREVER for my car to get in the shop. They need better drivers who don’t hit parked cars trying to be slick so they don’t have to turn around in the other end of the parking lot. Heaven forbid. Honorable mention to the fact that they did not give me a diminished value check when I clearly deserved one. The people who run this place are sketchy. I’d give them negative stars if possible.

I needed medical transport and spoke with Melanie. Super nice lady. Jesse (my driver) was exceptional. Extremely prompt with pick ups both to and from. I cannot say enough about both of them and their services. I highly recommend them. Thank you both....

Transport-U was able to Transport-Me to my destination on time! They also picked me up when I needed to be (unlike UTS) and dropped me off at a very reasonable time. The two drivers I met were so nice and loved starting a conversation with you, making you feel safe and cared for. Since I get this service free, I can't speak for the prices. Give Transport-U a try! By the way, make sure to give them a 24hr heads up so they can pick you up at the time you want.
