I have nothing but praise for this agency and the fine care my nurses have shown me for years. Tiffany and Bobbie have been providing me with outstanding service above and beyond helping to coordinate and provide help with VA services and ensuring medicines were to arrive promptly and to inform need changes that were needed in services and coverage. They are very kind and attentive and have been outstanding. Providing exceptional care and awareness to my Healthcare needs when I wasn't even aware of the best options available. They are excellent and professional. I cant think of anything to complain about. Thanks for years of great services with Tiffany and Bobbie. There have provided nothing but positive things to me and my care for years!!

It's been 5 days and still haven't heard from them. I have called several times and told I would receive a call back. Today they called and said her insurance was not accepted! Why didn't they call us day 1 to let us know? Answer; we don't do that!

DO NOT use these people out of the Lancaster office. They don't communicate with each other to know what is going on regarding a client's care. They added services that my doctors did not recommend and I did not request and then required an unbelievable amount of red tape to get it fixed. Two of the first three people who visited didn't know anything about my situation, and my wife and i had to educate them. On the third visit--the second by a nurse, but not the same nurse as the first time--my wife and I were educating the nurse they sent about the kind of care I needed! Unbelievable! They don't know what they are doing with regard to an individual's care, yet they don't charge my insurance less because of their incompetence. After I had a home visit schedule set up for physical therapy, ANOTHER therapist called on a day when I had two doctors' appointments away from home, saying she was coming out that afternoon, although NO PHYSICAL THERAPY WAS SCHEDULED FOR THAT DAY!! After we confirmed the time for the RIGHT day, I got a call from the local supervisor saying she understood we wanted to cancel our services with them--UNBELIEVABLE! Apologies mean nothing if their actions are not corrected. This is about the most unprofessional group of people I have worked with in all my medical issues over 20+ years. It is a shame that Fairfield Medical Center is even affiliated with them!
